Our Story

Sneaky*s Chicken was founded in May of 1979 by brothers Dave and Rick Ferris. When the two opened the restaurant in '79 they made it their personal goal to provide a quality meal at a fair price. In its early years Sneaky*s maintained both a restaurant and bar type atmosphere. It was perhaps after having children of their own that Dave and Rick decided it was time to focus on creating a family friendly restaurant, and that's exactly what they did. Over the last three decades Sneaky*s has served tens of thousands through its vast array of food services. Whether it is serving four construction workers with our lunchtime buffet or 1,500 Wells Blue Bunny employees in Lemars, IA we have yet to find a job too big or small. While times have called for changes from Coke bottles and hand-written tickets, to free refills and computerized cash registers one thing will remain the same, our famous Sneaky*s Chicken!

It is our mission here at Sneaky*s to ensure that each person who walks through our door feels like they are part of our family. All of our guests should receive the best meal and the best service. They are the reason we are still standing strong.
